Escoffery Consulting Collaborative, Inc. is a minority owned business working with people in our community who are affected in disproportionate numbers by unequal access to health, by unemployment and underemployment, lower quality educational opportunities , and prevalence of violence.
These systemic disparities in our communities and our country cannot be ignored. The consequences, including increased unemployment and violence, and the incidence of the Coronavirus, clearly have a disproportionate effect on our Hispanic, Black and Native-American communities. We cannot, as a united nation accept such disparities. It’s a reality that goes against our Constitution, against who we are, against who we want to be. We cannot be silent or apathetic facing the disparities affecting our friends, colleagues, communities. We cannot be silent when political leaders sow division and hatred against groups of people.
Because the strength of our communities, of our country comes from our people. People who look different, act different, think different. People who come together for our community, our country. It doesn’t matter what you look like, where you come from, what religion you embrace or don’t embrace. What matters is that we need to work together to become stronger.
At Escoffery Consulting Collaborative, Inc. we believe that in our many differences, we are stronger and more resilient. We will continue to work towards making our communities more equal for all our members.
